Hal McIntyre, Co-founder and Managing Partner of The Summit Group, was a senior executive in the financial services industry where he managed large operational and technical staffs in the U.S. and Europe. He established several businesses for Citibank, and was the CEO of two Citicorp subsidiaries.	Ari Sternberg, Co-founder and Managing Partner of The Summit Group, has a broad background in systems development and has been directly responsible for the design, development, and implementation of numerous state-of-the-art systems in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. He founded BIBLOS™ in 1983.
